OUT OF CONTROL 1 YEAR OLD!

so im not sure who came up with the terrible twos because im pretty sure it starts at one! a few days ago bryson was playing in his bedroom so i decided to go get ready without him making a mess in my bathroom. it had only been a few minutes and i couldn't hear him playing any more, so i walked back to his room and he wasn't there, i could hear him in the other bathroom and i walked in and he had destroyed an entire roll of toilet paper in the toilet, tub, floor, everywhere and in the guest bedroom! this kid just looks for ways to destroy something! seriously this usually wouldn't bother me, but the day before he had busted 2 new bottles of nail polish all over my bathroom floor! HOT PINK and RED!!!!! so now my bathroom, that is trying to be sold, has a cute pink tinted grout and tile! i have now learned to count to ten, get my camera, take a picture and then clean it up. by then i am just laughing at him! but i have decided that maybe he is just getting a head start on being a terrorist and will be an angel at 2.....haha ya right!

Ah, what fun kids can be! Good luck with selling your house & keeping it clean. I remember when Cody was around one he broke one of my plants. I made him sit by the mess while I took a picture. It's the funniest picture!

What a little cutie. Kids are frustrating, but so fun. The other day LeiLani used her toy as a stool and knocked some chocolate donuts on the floor. I came downstairs to find her hiding behind the recliner, indulging in a chocolate longjohn. It was everywhere, but so cute.

oh boy...at least you have the right idea...count to ten and get the camera. Now that's the spirit Camille! And I looked at the post about the mansion...SAD! I remember being so scared to sneak up to it and nothing bad even happened but we like went inside and got totally freaked out. Anyway, that's just crazy.

Oh I feel your pain... But really, it's pretty funny when it's all said and done. These kids are a handful though!

That is why Heavenly Father makes them so dang cute....So we don't kill them. My brother was playing Zorro when he was little and carved a Z in my mom's piano bench, I remember her telling me that she just sat on her bed saying people are more important then things, over and over until had cooled down. I am sure there is much ahead for us mom's but are we glad we have our cameras. Love ya Camille.

Camille, I cannot TELL you how much I love these pictures. I did an entire photo blog entry not too long ago dedicated to the destruction that my tiny Lucas imposes on my house on a minute-to-minute basis. I've cleaned up more ripped up napkins and toilet paper and just paper products in general in the last 6 months than I've ever done in my life with three other kids! I firmly believe in the destruction gene. I think both our boys have it. But you KNOW they didn't get it from US!

They sure are fun, Kade threw my nail polish on the bathroom floor the other day also. I was lucky it was a light color, but you still got high every time you went into the bathroom for a few hours.

I'm stalking you Camille! I just have to say that it gets better. One day soon he'll be a teenager and you can take your revenge. Make sure you get lots of pictures of him dressing up in pretty dresses and getting into embarrassing situations.

Don't you just love kids! When the room gets quiet, you know that they are up to something. Good luck on selling your house and keeping it clean. Love the pictures you got of the mess.

You are so dang cute. I am impressed you get pics. I am usually so frustrated that I just sit them in their room and try to get it cleaned up. I hope if they start early they will get over it faster...maybe Savanna won't have the terrible twos either. She is well on her way now!
